Description & Requirements
- Support sales teams by helping develop consulting engagement structure, proposals, and statements of work.
- Conduct current state capabilities and process assessments across business functions and apply best practices, industry research, and competitor research to drive an optimised future state capability and process architecture.
- Assist with prospect discovery sessions, demos and planning meetings.
- Provide requirements definition to prospects and customers for implementations.
- Ensure a full and proper handoff of contracts from sales process to implementation process.
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets.
- Participate and attend User Group and customer functions to reinforce customer rapport.
- Relevant experience in the Computer Software industry
- Confident and experienced negotiator able to drive revenue.
- Ambitious and driven personality with a hunger for success
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and executive staff.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize competing requests.
- Knowledge of revenue forecasting
- Leadership and teambuilding skills
- Valid Visa
- 1+ years applicable consulting experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
- 2+ years consulting in the manufacturing, distribution, or finance industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, Sells, Engineering, International Business, or related preferred (or equivalent experience)
