Project Finance Specialist

Providing input in negotiations on commercial issues as well as during the risk review process, you will play a key role in financial control, assisting the Tender Manager in the Robotics & Discrete Automation in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. In this role you will give input on the financial aspects of project execution plans and help to prepare project invoices and financial accounting and reporting.

Your responsibilities

• Optimizing project cash flow and revenues while keeping project balance sheets, income statements and monthly/quarterly forecasts accurate.
• Helping to identify opportunities and risks, and monitoring mitigation actions to ensure timely implementation.
• Ensuring alignment with other functions, including project controls and planning/scheduling.
• Providing help in claim management, back charges and insurance cases, and monitoring proper follow-up.
• Helping to ensure adherence to corporate governance, rules and regulation, guidelines, and instructions.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Business or related.
• 5+ years of experience in finance.
• Experience working in partnership with shared services.
• Experience in analysis and interpretation of income statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, OCF) and hedge management, IFRS, US GAAP.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Database, Macros).
• Knowledge in SAP.
• Experience leading staff.
• Fluent level English.
• A team-based, solution-focused approach and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to travel.
• Available visa and passport.
