We are looking for: PM with experience in FP&A apps
Description:
Support implementation of a large-scale business initiative within the FP&A / Capital Markets space. Key responsibilities will include supporting the planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day project activities to ensure on-time and accurate execution of the FP&A initiative.
Responsibilities:
Define, lead and contribute to execution of a large scale business initiative working with all required teams in order to understand the changes necessary and translate findings into a detailed implementation plan
Lead business requirements definition collaborating with FP&A, accounting & Controllership and other trade support disciplines
Lead gap analyses, risk assessments , risk mitigation activities as required to define and implement the technical and operational operating model
Act as a primary liaison between the FP&A and Technology, working closely with all relevant SMEs
Coordinate test planning, test preparation and execution
Develop, maintain and manage the project plan, and R.A.I.D. Log
Develop and maintain roadmaps and other key project execution tools/artifacts (e.g. project plan, RAID Log, KPIs etc)
Contribute to project status materials for project team, business, PMO and executive forums
Complete documentation and/or tracking of Project SDLC Artifacts
Facilitate meetings and produce meeting notes as required
Coordinate development of training materials and training delivery to end users
Skills/Qualifications Required:
At least 5 years of Project Management experience
Financial Services experience
Experience with FP&A apps: FMIS/ MISCO or local apps like CIB Reporting Hub
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong business-partnering experience/skills including the ability to interact, communicate, and influence equally well at all levels of the organization
Experience in documenting process workflows and target operating models
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
Skills Desired:
Knowledge and/or experience in FP&A or CIB Reporting HUB is a strong plus?
