Manage customer projects (category C), according to defined PM@Siemens methodology standards and customer requirements though effectively planning, budgeting, supervising, and documenting all aspects of the assigned projects with responsibility for economic results, quality, schedule and EHS guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a detailed project plan including work packages, milestones, and quality gates to supervise and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Build and maintain comprehensive project documentation and deliverables ensuring the compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Coordinate internal resources, project team and vendors for the detailed execution of projects.
- Manage and constantly effective communication with stakeholders.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and raise issues/risks and claims to management as needed.
- Manage the project throughout the project Life Cycle until final acceptance (FAC)
- Manage Customer Requirements according project scope and specifications.
- Develop strategies for the project execution.
- Manage compliance to standards, rules and regulations.
- Financial controlling (budget, cashflow, invoicing on time, non-conformance cost register)
- Monthly progress report and PPR (Progress Performance Reporting) tool update
- Identify additional business opportunities out of the ongoing projects and support of project attainment based on customer requirements and needs.

Education, Experience and Capabilities:
- PMI - PMP Certification required
- 3-5 years working in the field of Project Management with experience implementing Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Supply Chain Management, Electrical and Electromechanical projects.
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
- Capable of communicating within in all levels of the organization
- Flexibility to work on international projects with multi-cultural background
- Project Travel as required
