Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm.

The Project Managers organize, plan, and facilitate projects while working within constraints and creative challenges essential for innovation. Our project managers will be responsible for communicating quarterly and emerging initiatives to the project team and its stakeholders, ensuring that the work meets the project objectives from conception through completion. They work independently on the project documentation and contribute innovative ideas for best project practices.

The starting salary is USD $1000.


Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
•Defining project objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilities, based on stakeholder feedback.
•Planning a budget based on the requirements and keeping track of costs to ensure that projects are completed within budget.
•Preparing a detailed project plan outlining key project milestones, workstreams, and activities, as well as documenting the progress.
•Communicating with stakeholders about a project's progress to ensure the project meets their expectations.
•Evaluating potential risks on a regular basis (based on stakeholder input)
•Troubleshooting
•Leading project quality assurance
•Conducting project retrospective
•Recommending changes to company-wide project approach/protocol



Skills and qualifications
•Academic degree in business or any related field
•At least 6 months of project management work experience
•Advanced or native-level English skills (written and spoken)
•Familiarity with project management tools
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Attention to detail and organization
•Fluency in project management approaches, including Agile, Lean, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, and Six Sigma
•Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
•Analytical and tactical thinking
•Ability to multitask
•Ability to garner buy-in and effectively communicate accountability for project tasks
•Your own reliable and updated PC, a headset, and good internet speed(at least 30mb/s).
