Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute the development of the project or proposal, from the moment the order is received until the product is delivered to the customer.
- Study in detail and interpret the specifications of the international and regional standards of each processed order, transferring the technical-commercial requirements to the operational area to prevent rework and meet the quality expectations requested by the customer.
- Clarify technical and commercial discrepancies with internal and external customers during the early stage of the project.
- Send the GAD’s (General Arrangement Drawings) to the design area and ensure the creation and completion of the bill of material (BOM), as well as detail drawings to be released to manufacturing.
- Follow-up the entire manufacturing phase and shipment of the product to the customer. To do this, he must work in as a team with the operations, engineering, master data, purchasing, traffic and sales departments.
- Coordinate and know the interaction with EagleBurgmann subsidiaries, so that decisions are made according to the corresponding business unit
- Ensure that the documentation required for each sales order is delivered in accordance with what is requested by the customer.
- Responsible for following up on complaints or non-conformities received from customer or subsidiary regarding any released order. Initiate a root cause analysis to determine the causes / responsibilities and simultaneously develop the necessary corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Academic degree: Mechanical, industrial, or related Engineering.
- Advanced English.
- SAP experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in similar role or sealing of rotating equipment.
- Demonstrate sufficient analytical skills to solve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication focus on customer service.
- Basic education in rotary equipment and sealing technologies.
- Verifiable project management or PMI certification.
- Knowledge of API 682 and API 610 standards.
