Guide projects from conception to completion, balancing structured planning with the adaptability to evolve strategies as necessary. Conduct continuous risk assessment and mitigation to navigate project uncertainties and seize opportunities. Lead and support project teams, ensuring tasks are efficiently allocated, deadlines are met, and progress is monitored. Actively identify and address challenges, providing technical guidance and support to team members. Cultivate an environment of open communication and knowledge sharing, enhancing team collaboration. Understand and translate data needs into technical requirements, in collaboration with data engineers and analysts to ensure data integrity for marketing campaigns. Bridge communication between project teams and stakeholders, aligning project outcomes with business objectives.
