We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Project Technical Specialist Jr to join our team.
The Project Technical Specialist Jr will be responsible for supporting project teams in the execution and coordination of technical tasks. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects within established timelines and budget constraints.
Responsibilities:
In a vehicle project the Technical Specialist is operatively attached to the Vehicle Technical Manager:
o Support the Product/Process convergence (hard points in zone meetings…)
- Participate in the creation and organization of Connections/Fasteners
o Organize meetings to help to coordinate the technical core team’s activity and identify roadblocks
o Help to define with the Technical Manager the follow-up and final KPI
- Prepare and participate in the Change Management meeting
- Contribute to the quality convergence by synchronizing the part modifications with the project planning (batch of modifications).
- Participate in the Product/Process convergence & reactivity (mainly for Welding, Painting and Assembly)
Requirements
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical role
- Professional / School Projects experience with Catia, Teamcenter, NX, and BOMs
- Advanced to expert skill level in using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to quickly learn use of proprietary Stellantis softwares
- Full Program Life-cycle knowledge
- Stellantis PDP knowledge is a plus
- Launch experience is a plus
- Manufacturing process fundamentals understanding
