We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer for eTRans Program at PTME. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Engineering follow up, Purchase Orders, Bidding Process, Installation and setup of Equipment for assembly components manufacturing process to comply with Quality Standards and follow PTME procedures for Equipment Acceptance. The Test Process Engineer will be instrumental in launching the Program Run@Rate as per Capacity. The candidate should have experience in manufacturing processes, excellent communication skills in professional English, and be able to work collaboratively with different teams to ensure that the program is completed on time and within budget.


1. The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electromechanical Engineering.
2. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in developing manufacturing processes.
3. Excellent communication skills in professional English, both oral and written.
4. Must have United States of America VISA and Passport available.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
6. Strong problem-solving skills.
7. Experience with Quality Standards and Regulations.
8. Experience in Purchase Orders generation and follow up to invoice payment.
9. Familiarity with PTME procedures for Equipment Acceptance.
10. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
11. Strong organizational and time management skills.
12. Flexibility to work extended hours as required.
13. WMA software programing
14. Experience with EOL test equipment (Assembly and/or Leak testers)


1. Analyze and evaluate assembly processes for efficiency and productivity improvements. Develop and implement solutions to optimize assembly processes, reduce cycle time, and increase production output.
2. Troubleshoot assembly line problems and provide technical support to the manufacturing team to ensure continuous production flow and minimize downtime.
3. Lead and participate in process improvement projects related to assembly manufacturing, including process flow, layout, tooling, and equipment improvements.
4. Support the development of training programs for the manufacturing team related to assembly processes, ensuring that all operators are trained to perform their jobs efficiently and effectively.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other third-party organizations to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services required for the assembly process.
6. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new assembly processes, equipment, and tooling.
7. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations related to assembly processes and equipment.
