- Dive into the world of text, meticulously reviewing, refining, and ensuring the accuracy and impact of messaging.
- Provide invaluable feedback during assessments to enhance overall quality.
- Play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a cutting-edge system for evaluating communication quality. Requirements: - Access to essential equipment (laptop).
- Proficiency in Russian or English.
- Prior experience in technical support or sales (experience in QA VIP/SUP/CC roles is highly valued).
- Background in marketing or text-related roles such as copywriting, translation, or localization.
- Ability to navigate through large volumes of information with precision.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a flair for effective written communication.
- Perseverance in pursuing excellence. Advantages: - Previous experience as a technical support supervisor.
