What you’ll do?
- Support Vehicle Compliance Leads with Paper Car generation for QAF milestones
- Generate Measurement Paths/Roadmaps for vehicle programs in accordance to milestone date readiness and use to build Carpet Charts
- Support the Equipped Body Launch Team with Carpet Charts and potentially lead the activity
- Support the Equipped Body Launch Team with Excel Workbook automation
- Support Stellantis Customer Audit (SCA) data correlation and management
- Develop templates for various data tracking tools
- Support the development of key documentation items such as training templates
- Support quality convergence through QAF support – vehicle part installations, engineering build objective measurements and part gathering/part level validation
- Role is 90% remote and 10% at Stellantis Toluca and Saltillo Assembly Plants
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Materials /Chemical/ Civil/ Aerospace), Bachelor of Computer Science from an ABET accredited university.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in automotive areas of Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality and/or Product Quality.
- Strong abilities in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and strong abilities in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
- Statistical data analysis and metrology principles, Root Cause Analysis methods.
- Knowledge of defect resolution, escalation processes and follow up.
- Understanding of vehicle design, assembly, and process control.
- Understanding of tooling and in plant processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communications skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to develop an action plan and drive the procedures for issue resolution.
- Self-motivated. Able to meet deadlines with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
