Qct Team Leader Coordinator

This role leads a team(s) of QCT Analysts for a given geography to execute quality validations of field collection activities for all Services , conforming to and being fully compliant with global governance standards and guidelines, ensuring predictable and committed results.

• Ensure quality standards, performance and targets are met for client projects and deliverables
• Deliver predictable commitments/results on financials, budget control and cost leadership, productivity targets
• Work with QCT Analysts to constantly improve KPIs and data collection activities
• Implement and manage data collection / acquisition quality validation methods defined by Global Governance & Data Science
• Manage, develop and optimize human resources
• Coach and develop own team, and provide training when needed
• Engage continuously with team and create an environment that drives and promotes integrity and company values
• Clarify and enforce globally aligned field collection and quality monitoring policies and procedures for associates within area
• Proactively monitor data collection quality through established systems and analytical tools, initiating corrective action to restore data quality when needed
• Lead continuous improvements initiatives
• Ensure all required reports and evaluations are updated and completed accurately and delivered on time
• Provide on-site solution to QCT Analysts to solve the quality issues or people issues

• Market research field force past operations experience or equivalent operational experience
• Proficiency in business English is required
• 3+ years of work experience, ideally as a people manager
• Ability to engage, develop and grow talent
• Good understanding of operational metrics
• Technically savvy to work on analytical tools
• Highly effective communication skills matched with good presentation and influencing skills
• Appropriately models and reflects the Nielsen values and leadership profile
• Strong Integrity Record
• Ability to operate effectively with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
• Result oriented with aptitude for continuous process improvements
