Applies developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete a wide variety of difficult assignments/tasks. Thorough understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature and require ordinary problem resolution and independent judgment. Works under limited supervision and normally receives no instruction on routine work and general instructions given for new assignments.

To ensure seamless collaboration and local presence, this opportunity requires the selected candidate to be based in the listed location.

Responsibilities

  • Performs product and process audits to ensure compliance with quality and functional requirements and specifications.
  • Supports portions of initiatives involving one or more functions and project teams to drive process improvement for products or process changes.
  • Collects, consolidates, and charts data from testing and process results for assigned portions of product and solution areas to identify trends and issues; learns and practices basic root-cause analysis.
  • Generates documentation in accordance with provided plan and detailed specifications, including budgets, resource allocation plans, and other support requirements.
  • Supports project communications, including creation of status reports and summaries, tracking escalations and resolutions of issues, coordinating stakeholder meetings and updates, and updating documentation.
  • Develops understanding of and relationships with internal project and manufacturing teams.
Education and Experience Required
  • Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in Quality Management, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
  • Typically 0-2 years experience.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Experience or understanding of data collection and analysis tools and software packages.
  • Good analytical, statistical and problem solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of industry and internal quality standards and methodologies.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
