Manage cell Quality metrics (Escapes, Scrap/Rework/Repair, FPY, Defects), performing proper analysis and lead reduction. Lead customer communication meetings, action plan closure, customer audits, QN tasks and Kaizen events focused on defects Accountable to develop and improve core quality tools, quality clinic process, external audits and NCM management procedures. Coach and train people, implements and develops inspection plans, deploys, and improves FAl process Supports, and ensures compliance with special process audits. Improve current inspection methods, reduce time inspections, and increase multi skill abilities on inspection department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 2-3 year's experience as Quality Engineer/Coordinator
• GD&T Knowledge
• Quality Tools as PFMEA,Control Plan, PFD, etc.
• Experience with FAI
• Excel advanced
• Six Sigma knowledge and Statistical Analysis tools (minitab)
• Leadership skills (desirable)
• CMM Knowledge (desirable)
• English (advanced)
• Must be able to travel to US (Visa)
