This position is to support activities to deliver an effective, efficient, and proactive Quality Management System to enable business success by ensuring fulfillment of established internal and external standards/guidelines such as required by IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, CSR etc
Support for operating the Quality Management System (QMS)
Support and lead process improvement activities related to the QMS
Support to implement corporate standards related to QMS
Update and maintain Quality Manual
Follow up to Risk/Oportunities matrix and organizational context
Use of PS methodology to address NCs
Prepare audit calendar according to requirements, including internal and external audits
Prepare and lead internal audits (IATF, VDA, MSA, etc)
Lead customer/external audits
LPA Management
Create audits in CQ Audit management module and follow up closure
Verify effectiveness of actions plans derived from audit NCs
Communication between customers and Contitech for audit scheduling and follow up
Responsible for onboarding information related to Quality and QMS
Training in QMS (process landscape, process cards, quality manual, etc)
Training in related documents to QMS (risk/opportunities matrix, Management review, Organizational context, etc)
Training in Quality policy and pillars
Training others to update and maintein documents
