- Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure manufacturing processes meet established quality standards.
- Lead and develop a team of quality professionals, providing guidance and training to ensure technical competence and goal achievement.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive measures.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive quality standards (e.g., IATFIATF 16949).
- VDAVDA Certification (Plus)
- Advanced English (Mandatory)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Significant experience in quality management roles in the automotive industry.
