Your team main duties will be:
- Establish policies, processes, procedures, guidelines complying with contracts and Best Practices;
- Support in the quality assurance activities, quality gates and acceptance criteria, as per project phases;
- Assess efficiency and effectiveness of the process(es) performed in the projects;
- Perform objective evaluation of process adherence and related work;
- Review deliverables, identify and report to project manager any risks and issues related to quality;
- Contributes to establishment of KPIs /metrics;
- Collect and analyse data for KPIs and other project or maintenance indicators;
- Plan, execute and follow-up the assigned quality improvement activities;
- Organize and perform root-cause analysis for quality issues and lessons learnt
