The main activities for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Procurance, development and communication of the quality management system, to assure awareness across the Company. Progressive maintenance of the process framework.

• Facilitate key work resolutions ensuring clear meeting cadences and good practice on record keeping and action tracking, clear understanding of roles and responsibilities for effective task assignation and tracking.

• Facilitate the deployment and adoption of standard methodologies and tools in collaboration with the relevant leads.

• Ensure conformance with ISO9001, perform as main point of contact for the Quality International Team to pursue the correct preparation and execution of the audit of the business framework towards the certification to ISO9001 & ISO27001 and engagement with the certification team.

• Engage in the risk management process, working with cross-functional stakeholders to embed a culture of risk-based decision making, backed up by analysis of trends.

• Function as key cross-functional supporter and champion to successfully overcome internal audit against ISO 9001,

• Ensure people respond quickly and appropriately to non-conformities when they arise, by supporting them in narrowing and taking remedial action and performing root cause analysis to prevent any further recurrence.

• Control and organize the data to report on quality management within the active projects and clients, identify risks and opportunities for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.

• English and Spanish proficient (professional level).

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Project management, demonstrating progressively increasing responsibility and autonomy.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Able to drive and implement process improvements in alliance of management.

• Preferably with proven Project Management knowledge/training (i.e. PMP, APM, Microsoft Project, Agile, etc.)

• With proven exposure to Quality Assurance/ Process Management experience.

• With proven experience working with Quality Standards methodologies and certification initiatives (ISO 9001.) or has undergone related training.
