As Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible to manage the human and material resources of the area to ensure the quality of the product as well as improve and adapt inspection systems according to new engineering concepts, program launches, and product transfers; to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
YOUR TASK WILL BE
- Follow up on quality control systems and procedures.
- Maintain workstations with procedures and visual aids up-to-date and in good condition, with all first part inspection requirements.
- Perform in-process inspection and final audit.
- Inform staff about customer complaints, reasons, and actions to be taken
- Maintain a good work environment, more organize and cleaner by applying the 5's
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED
- Industrial engineering or related area
- 1+ years of experience in a similar position
- Personnel management
- Maquiladora experience
- Intermediate English Level
