Job Requirement: RACF Security Administrator
- Looking for a Mainframe Security - RACF administrator to head the Mainframe team. Main functions and responsibilities:
- RACF definitions and support for the Mainframe Infrastructure.
- 2nd & 3rd Level Support for ID Admin & Technical Security Operations.
Completing Daily/Monthly/Quarterly Auditing tasks, daily system reviews, global system settings. - Supporting Audits - incl writing/scheduling reports and writing Security Standard documents to evidence.
- Responsible for maintenance of all Security applications and security batch jobs, with knowledge of JCL.
- Responsible for maintenance of Security CLIST entries.
- Provide on-call when needed.
·Recertification of ISP high privileged accounts on the Mainframe - Documenting processes and procedures. Experience Required:
- Working with the IBM z/OS operating system (ISPF, TSO, System administration)
- Backup and Recovery skills including Disaster Recovery experience
- Work with Security personnel to help define and configure RACF security rules for dataset and other resource definitions.
- Configures and administers controls and policies for automation products that run in the z/OS environment.
- Utilizes automation, tooling, reports, utilities, and batch programs necessary to minimize manual activities and provide meaningful audit and management reporting.
- Troubleshoots and tracks problem and incident tickets.
- Supports scheduled weekend work, Disaster Recovery (DR) tests and participate in a shared on-call duty rotation for off-hours technical support.
- Possess in-depth technical knowledge and concepts regarding IBM mainframe Resource Control Facility (RACF) to manage critical resources securely.
- Perform as a IBM mainframe Security Administrator, effectively utilizing RACF security tools/utilities.
- Experience working within a complex mainframe environment, including troubleshooting.
- Support quarterly and ad hoc security control audits.
- Utilize automation, tools, reports, utilities, and batch programs necessary to increase automation and provide meaningful audit and management reporting.
- Maintain a positive demeanor under difficult or stressful situations.
- Create and maintain clear/quality documentation that is accessible to all team members (via MS Teams / SharePoint).
- Skilled in using multi-factor authentication schemes
- Knowledgeable in data encryption methodology to ensure encryption is applied for data-at-rest (DAR) and data in-flight.

· REXX - To support the JCL for Security jobs & Security Applications- JCL (Job Control Language)
· WebSphere is a plus - CICS is a plus- DB2 is a plus - Vanguard Security Suite knowledge is a plus
· ACF2 is a plus but not mandatory.
