R&D Associate Project Manager

In this role, you will oversee R&D projects within the Electrification Distribution Solutions in San Luis Potosi, providing clear guidelines, tasks and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback In this role, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the project.

This position reports to

R&D Team Lead

Your responsibilities

  • Leads sub-area project team.
  • Defines and suggests to R&D Project Manager scope of work, cost/budget, resources required and time schedule.
  • Monitors and controls activities.
  • Identifies, contains, and reduces risks.

    • Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electro- mechanical, Mechatronics or Robotics.
  • 2 - 3+ years of experience in Projects Management (budget control, time control, risk management).
  • New products development, re-design, improvement of existing and/or customized products.
  • Proficient with SolidWorks or similar.
  • Strong electrical and electronic knowledge working with power electrical equipment motor control centers and/or switchgear preferred.
  • Understanding of UL, ANSI, and IEEE standards; preferred knowledge of laboratory and electrical measurement equipment.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Intermediate English level.
