Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

Execute and co-lead YoY corn and potato varieties validation, Productivity and BCP agendas to comply with R&D Salty Ingredients commitments for PMF and Caricam, being key contact with Operations and Global Procurement to ensure business continuity.

Your Impact:

As R&D Ingredients Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of

  • Coordinate YoY (Year over Year) corn and potato varieties validation
  • Co-lead R&D Salty Ingredients Productivity initiatives for PMF and Caricam (Commodities)
  • Follow-up BCP (Business Continuity Plan) priorities to ensure to cover Business needs
  • Execute plant trials for YoY validations, BCPs and Productivity agendas
  • Deliver robust resolutions for unexpected contingencies to ensure Business continuity
  • Build and communicate project timelines, feasibility assessments (when applicable) and Plant trials protocols
  • Support Quality agenda related to Ingredient’s functionality to ensure to meet specifications and product design
  • Ensure technical documentation according to regional/global requirements for all R&D Salty Ingredients projects
  • Conduct technical assessments at bench-top to gain insights about ingredient functionality
  • Communicate project scope, status, and risks to extended team on a regular basis
  • Promote networking between R&D Salty Developers and R&D Salty Category Leaders
  • Support Ingredients Variances (PMF & Caricam) resolutions to promptly provide guidance to the Business  
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Foods Engineering or related

Experience 

  • 2-3 years minimum experience in food industry
  • Preferred experience on Salty snacks
  • Experience working with multifunctional teams
