YOUR ROLE
- Develops new approaches, solutions, processes, products within an agreed timeframe.
- Executes and manages projects and resources to meet planned objectives.
- Ensures compliance with Henkel corporate SHE standards, policies and procedures and manages the lab and innovation process.
- Provides technical support services to Manufacturing and Quality as required.
- Executes process develop-s to support x-funct. teams to achieve completion of new technology products consistent with strategic objectives.
YOUR SKILLS
- +5 years of experience working formulation in the laboratory (Beauty Care/Skin Care preferably)
- Knowledge of the formula development and implementation process.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to translate technical information to non-technical.
- Good verbal and written communication; as well as computational.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and track.
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacobiologist Chemist or similar.
- Advanced English
