We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our team. As a Recruitment Intern at ALTEN Mexico, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in talent acquisition and contribute to the recruitment efforts of our company.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with job posting and advertising on multiple platforms.
- Screening resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintaining candidate database and tracking recruitment metrics.
- Assisting with the selection process and providing recommendations to the hiring team.
- Supporting the onboarding process of new hires.
- Participating in recruitment events and career fairs.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English is preferred
- Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
