• Fostering communication and understanding between plant leadership teams, plant employees, and the unions
• Managing our recruiting strategy
• Assuring the effectiveness of our training programs s
• Managing employee benefits programs
• Setting strategy for performance management system
• Conducting compensation analysis, reviewing and recommending updates to pay ranges
• Reviewing and approving of pay changes for salaried employees

Based in Monterrey|Multi-Site responsability

• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Detail orientation, and ability to manage priorities
• Team building and facilitation, setting a great example as a leader
