* Define and implement the engineering investment plan for region hotels.
* Lead and coordinate the architectural and interior design projects for new openings and remodeling of the hotels.
* Develop tactical and strategic plans that guarantee the correct execution of the company's projects.
* Guarantee organizational decision-making of costs and financial impacts.
* Supervise the installations and coordinate the different activities of each project, guarantee the deadlines and quality.
* Manage and guarantee the budget execution of the resources (Capex).
* Guarantee the best suppliers available for the implementation of the projects.
* Bachelor’s degree in architecture and civil engineering, preferably with postgraduate studies in project management.
* 6 years of experience in positions related to Project Manager, Project Administration, especially in construction or architectural design, preferably in hotel industry.
* Advanced English
* Knowledge of infrastructure and maintenance regulations and standards.
* Knowledge of efficient energy management and technologies that allow us to save energy.
* Knowledge of Project Management and design software (Autocad, 3D Max, Photoshop, Sketch Up, Archicad, Project)
