The Regional Sales Manager - contacts key Trailer OEM, Fleets and truck dealers (units sales) to make them aware of the advantages in specifying, installing, and promoting Hendrickson to their internal and external customers in their specific Region closing the Sales-Circle between Fleet-OEM and Hendrickson
Essential Functions:
- Actively participates as a key member of Hendrickson Sales Team
- Manages territory via regular sales calls and onsite visits on key accounts to achieve Hendrickson product preference over competitive products.
- Keeps Hendrickson management apprised of all significant opportunities/market developments including details of competitive programs. Completes all call, activity, and expense reports on a timely basis.
- Resolves commercial issues, including warrantee, price discrepancies and credit problems.
- Attends all industry trade shows, open houses etc. as directed by Hendrickson management.
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System based on IATF STANDARD 16949 within the processes and procedures applicable to the position.
Education and Training:
- College Degree in Engineering, Administrative Engineering, Administration or similar.
- Advance English, minimum 90%.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years in commercial vehicle industry with a recognized manufacturer, distributor or large repair facility required.
