Your Role
The Regional Manager Sealogistics Systems & Process is responsible to provide and to implement strategies for improvements of the day-to-day operational sea freight processes as part of Sea+NextGen.
Your Responsibilities
- Implement, develop and enhance our digital services + solutions for our customers. Both for SME customers as part of myKN as well as Larger customers with more supply chain needs with KN ESP
- Support the Project Customer Promise.
- Create strong relationship with Sealogistics and General management.
- Create and maintain a high performing Systems + Process organization on regional, national level and within the SSC.
- Support the Sealogistics management to implement Customer Service departments, Front Office/Trade Office, Shared Service Centre and other organizational changes.
- Developing training material (exercises, tests, handouts, trainer scripts, documentation) for individual and classroom courses for various target groups.
- Ensure with the project management that aligned targets are set and followed.
- Supply of methodology and toolsets to create, communicate, review & monitor Sealogistics strategy for the region derived from corporate Sealogistics strategy.
