Your opportunity:
Join our Ops IT SSD Organization as a Regional SSD Lead and become an integral part of our regional team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our Operations Sites and the SSD Team, acting as the voice and ears of your region. Your responsibilities will encompass prioritizing and driving demand, including incident prioritization in day-to-day operations, and driving actions that are customer dependent.

Accountabilities:
You will be responsible for supporting and service handling the key regional and global systems and processes that enable the value stream in our Operations business. You will work closely with Capability Service Leads on pivotal initiatives within the region and with Platform Technical Leads and their teams to ensure regional priorities are clearly communicated and met. You will also be accountable for ensuring seamless service delivery for systems and processes across AMERICAS Regional Operations IT sites.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- 14+ years of hands-on experience collaborating with global teams.
- Proven record in delivering and supporting solutions.
- In-depth understanding of Pharma Domain processes, including Development, Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance.
- 5+ years of customer-facing roles with a strong focus on stakeholder management.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management.
- Proficiency in working with ITSM toolsets and corresponding reporting and visualizations.
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Hands-on experience working in DevOps teams using CI/CD toolsets.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as SCRUM and SAFe.
- Proven expertise in problem-solving techniques, including RCA proficiency, data-driven analysis, cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement, and a strong purposeful approach.
