Release Manager

The Catalyst Team is seeking a Release Manager to join our full-time team as full-time employee. Qualifications: · 7+ years of experience working in Software development. · 3+ years of experience working preferably in SaaS companies. · Demonstrated experience in shipping SaaS products on frequent release cycles. · Demonstrated experience in using data analysis to solve problems and influence decisions. · Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple disciplines and functions. · Can work in a fast paced, ever changing, start-up environment. · Experience in working with build and maintaining environments. · Demonstrated experience in working with JIRA. · Own and evolve the release process for specific areas/features of the product. · Need in depth knowledge on understanding the code (node.js, java) and ability to make the decisions for the Release. · Must have knowledge on reviewing the deployment code. · Ability to understand to resolve if any Pipeline issues. · Ability to represent on CAB meetings to discuss the release schedules. · Must have SQL knowledge. · Strong written and oral English communication skills. · Be proud of what you work on, obsess about the quality of the work you produce. Responsibilities: · Own and evolve the release process for specific areas/features of the product. · Engage and coordinate with all the internal teams including (Dev, testing, Scrum Master, PM’s) to execute the Release without conflicts. · Schedule the release readiness reviews before deployment. · Plan and give weekly updates on the Release activities. · Communicate with Release Managers from different IT departments. · Work with product management, development and quality assurance teams to plan out product releases · Drive regular release meetings and ensure issues, action items, and risks are tracked and managed to completion · Build and manage release dashboards and project metrics to track release activity. · Provide release status updates to stakeholders. · Manage cross-group dependencies and cross-department dependencies. · Ensures all engineering projects, initiatives, are completed efficiently. · Manage the build and deployment processes. · Co-ordinate and own workflow and release deliveries. · Lead development efforts on native mobile apps across different iOS platforms. · Define, analyze, and document Enterprise Mobility Architecture. · Create technical documents like architecture views, technology architecture blueprints and design specifications. #ConcentrixCatalyst Location: MEX Work-at-Home Language Requirements: Time Type: If you are a California resident, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and have access to the Job Applicant Privacy Notice for California Residents
