POSICIÓN DE VENTAS EN CAMPO, VISITAS ESTRUCTURADAS A PUNTOS DE VENTA COMO SUPERMERCADOS. SE REQUIERE MOBILIDAD EN TIJUANA Y ALREDEDORES CON AUTO DE LA EMPRESA.

Purpose Of The Role:
Ensure the accurate communication, execution and monitoring of activities and initiatives related to Field Sales Operations, thereby achieving a brilliant execution at our clients stores.
The key factor for success is to guarantee excellence at the point of sale, provided by outstanding teams fully capable of owning and capitalizing on all opportunities, achieving execution the best quality and efficiency standards.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Implementation with the highest quality standards and efficiency of all plans / projects related to our Field Operations, as well as the arrangements of our Key Account Managers.
  • Settlement of key indicators at the POP (Point Of Purchase): Keep efficient inventories by mediating suggested quantities to guarantee the adequate replenishment of our products and avoid Out Of Stock.
  • Improve our shelf participation and execution of POP material / exhibitors at POS.
  • Implement all commercial priorities, achieving excellence that can be translated into better results for the Diageo, gaining share and value.
  • Ensure excellent execution of all sales drivers: quality, distribution, visibility, price, persuasion and promotion.
  • Lead the multifunctional team of promoters / demonstrators / advisors achieving the execution objectives at the stores. Ensure that the team has its execution objectives, as well as sales objectives; efficiently manage the resources provided for an excellent execution. Encourage the team to achieve phenomenal results.
  • Communication, follow up, validation and payment of Execution Incentives through the Operations Management team.
  • Ensuring incredible relationships are built with store staff to enable flawless execution of merchandising plans.
  • Identify clear priorities in execution and focus on them at all times.
  • Demonstrate drive and proactivity to make a positive difference to business performance.
  • Steadfast follow-through of plans and actions with strong operational execution.
  • Find opportunities and solutions even in times of uncertainty and ambiguity.
  • Collaborate with the DIAGEO cross-functional team (KAMs, Shoppers, ETC) to make things happens.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree with 5 years of experience in sales within supermarkets
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytics and planning skills; strategic mentality
  • Proactive demeanor; focus and determination; prioritization
  • Financial knowledge
  • Sophisticated English level
  • Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge
  • Key behaviors: results orientation, frustration management, self-motivated, self-supervised, always working proud of what they are doing.
  • Able to drive medium-long distances to visit clients
