This expansive property will include 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and 61 villas & estate residences centrally located in the "tourist corridor" between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo on the top of Baja California Sur with amazing views of the sea where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean.

Amenities will include three restaurants, three resort pools, an open-air fitness center, Spa & Spa Garden and a Clubhouse event facility. Target Hire Date: September 4, 2023 The role of the Residences Assistant Director of Finance

The Assistant Director of Finance is responsible for the safeguarding of the residence asset and financial resources to ensure that the homeowner's interests are protected whilst maintaining the reputation of Four Seasons as the property manager. Ensure that the residences are operated as stipulated in the project governing documents and

Four Seasons Management Agreements. Assist the Director of Residences in the administration of all financial aspects of the Residential Operation, to ensure that all local and corporate policies and procedures are observed and to ensure the financial and legal integrity of the business is maintained. We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position. Successful candidates will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work. Knowledge and Skills

Working knowledge of Not-For-Profit entity accounting or fund accounting Working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and job knowledge of all positions in accounting and purchasing.

These should include but not limited to accounts payable, credit management, cashiering function, and complete understanding of the general ledger. Strategic, analytical and have solid business acumen Strong reading comprehension and competency in legal language reading comprehension Excellent excel and computer skills, Sun Accounting system and Opera knowledge would be preferable. Proven leadership skills in a Residences / hotel / resort environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare and deliver reports, effective presentations and to facilitate meetings Applies an ethical and moral approach to influence the outcome of situations Serve as a role model for others by demonstrating appropriate business conduct and ethical principles Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to work with cross-functional teams negotiate for resources and influence stakeholders and to gain acceptance of and commitment to plans, ideas, and initiatives as appropriate.

Essential Functions To assist the Director of Finance in the administration of all financial aspects of the hotel's operation. Recruit, train, evaluate, motivate, and coach Finance employees to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.

Prepare financial statements, accruals, and journal entries, and maintain reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts in established corporate formats and in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Assist the Director of Finance in the preparation of all budgets, forecasts, and audits.

Monitor and control the expenses of the hotel, paying special attention to daily reporting and address any issues that not only have material impact, but also effect the guest experience. Preparing, or overseeing the preparation of, all tax returns and other reporting on a timely basis. Participating in, and developing, employee training programs in order to maximize employee retention and maintain high morale.

Deputizing, as required, and in the absence of, the Director of Finance. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Finance and assist in other areas of the accounting office as needed. Supervise all the operating responsibilities, coordinating efforts and establishing priorities.

Ensure all relevant Four Seasons standards, policies and procedures are developed, implemented and actioned. Build an open and trustful environment where everyone's opinion is share and value.
