Amazon looking for a motivated Reverse Logistics Manager who will lead Returns experience program for Amazon Logistics. This position has to be comfortable interfacing with various functional teams, have a passion for data analysis, and process improvement based on metrics.

A successful candidate will be highly analytical, customer-focused and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. The manager will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results with the highest standards in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Key job responsibilities
- Deep dive and analyze key business performance metrics, identify gaps, create plans to mitigate and drive to closure.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
- Own regular business reviews with leadership and operational teams to audit ongoing performance against key metrics and program goal.
- Cross functional coordination and alignment between stakeholders.
- Define new goals to measure the success of our program and drive health of the program
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communication across all levels and teams in the organization: senior leaders, technical teams, finance, fulfillment, and business leaders.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Mexico City, DIF, MEX

- Completed Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of work experience working in Transportation and/or Logistics.
- 2+ years of experience working in operations.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine improvements and drive solutions.
- English fluency.
