You fully contribute to the delivery of the route-to-market team's KPIs and annual objectives by leveraging insight from data analysis. You support the national account strategy at a local level in outlets such as cash and carry, multi-site and other selected food service customers utilizing data and performing analysis.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Develop RTM (route-to-market) plans that will step up our sales efficiency and effectiveness, improve sales route planning and deliver on our Right Store strategies.
  • Own our Right Store strategy and plan by defining the optimum point of the highly complex route-to-market parameters like distributors, sales representatives, stores, route frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly visiting cycles), new region, distributor and sales territories.
  • Build excellent Perfect Store audit mechanisms as a major part of SIP (sales team incentive program).

What you will bring

  • Fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods sales experience including commercial business and customer execution experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of field SFA (sales force automation) system
  • Advanced knowledge of database management, data mining, big data management (SQL, Access, Oracle etc.)

Coordinar la estabilización de la base de datos de clientes (Altas, bajas y cambios) con los analistas SR, coordinar las actividades de ruteo, ingeniería de rutas, reestructuras en el canal tradicional, evaluación de rentabilidad de rutas, actualización y mantenimiento de geocodificación de clientes, asegurando por lo menos el 97% de clientes sin error y 3% de movilidad por clientes para baja, aseguramiento de los procesos en clientes y asegurar con otras áreas (C&C, Controlling, Compensaciones, Sales Intelligence, Admon, de ventas, Master data, people, ADECCO, )para tener indicadores óptimos en las rutas. Coordinar y asegurar el envío de reportes (BE, T&M, Rutas Paradas, Balanza de clientes, Clientes Venta Cero, Indicadores para finanzas, Revenue recognition, Catalogo de rutas, Base de clientes Oficial (reclasificación). Liderar reuniones con ventas para le mejora continua.

Requerimientos:

  • Licenciatura: Actuaria - Licenciado en administracion de empresa, ingenieria o afín.
  • 2/3 años de experiencia en roles similares.
  • Conocimiento en la industria alimenticia - deseable
  • Entendimiento de proceso de negocio
  • Excel: medio avanzado: formulas/macros/armado de dashboards.
  • Manejo de base de datos.
  • Experiencia y conocimiento en alguna herramienta de Routeo/territory planner.
  • Persona comunicativa - con alta resolución de problemas y trabajo en equipo.
  • Ingles: Medio
