This role will lead the identification, development, and execution of strategies to deliver key volume drivers. The ideal candidate will be expected to create the strategic vision and manage the tactical implementation, in all facets, with regards to the products managed.  Location:  This is a work from home set-up Duties/Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the company’s Grocery and Pharmacy distributors accounts, ensures clients are satisfied, and generates new sales opportunities; Gathers inputs from a variety of internal stakeholders and external resources to further determine high-impact metrics, feature/functionality and technology requirements, ongoing management, maintenance, design and strategic directions within the product; Conducts in-depth research and develops a good understanding of the user’s requirements and needs,  identifies and fills product gaps, new technologies, trends in the market, and competitive analysis; Creates an aligned product roadmap by performing a functional intake of design concepts through analysis, design, testing, and integration as well as the introduction of products to the market; Partners with cross-functional teams of product designers, developers, and internal stakeholders for discovery and user research to translate user needs and technological directions into product definitions; and Performs other related duties as may be assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, major in Computer Science, Marketing, Business/ Management, Technology, Communications At least 3+ years of professional, extensive experience as a Sales Account Manager Strong working knowledge and experience of brand strategy Beauty and Fashion industry writing experience preferred Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Receptiveness to feedback and able to meet deadlines   WHAT WE BRING TO THE TABLE...
