Activities Attending and taking calls, emails, and customer reservations. Dealing with cancellations, changes and other booking requests. Sending confirmations to customers reservations by mail. Knowing the characteristics, products and services of each hotel of the Group. Ensuring compliance and optimization of room sales for all hotels.
