Primary LocationAs a Sales and Administration Coordinator, you will provide efficient and effective administrative support to our Braeside team, whilst providing a friendly customer service focus at our Woodlands Drive reception desk. And report to Business Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Provide effective and professional running of our Braeside office, including Reception/phone duties with a strong focus on customer service.
Administrative tasks associated with supporting the business with reports, presentations
Continuously improving our office procedures, communications, and support to ensure the highest level of service is provided to internal and external stakeholders.
Travel arrangements: Assist team members with specific travel requirements as required
Assist the training manager with the organization of training for PPG Staff distributors
Qualifications
Have experience in a similar role, including reception and ability to prepare professional presentations and documentation
Advanced Word/Excel and high proficiency in various computer packages including desktop publishing and databases
Sound written and verbal skills! You can connect with our customers, the local team, externally based team and senior internal managers.
A collaborative spirit and the desire to be a team-player!
