Our opportunity:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a critical role in the growth of our organization and manages inbound leads from multiple marketing sources including events, webinars, web-site actions such as downloading of whitepapers, contact requests, content syndication, paid social programs, general web search, etc. The ultimate objective is to qualify new leads, schedule discovery calls and generate new business revenue.

Who you’ll report to: This role reports to the SDR Manager

Location: Mexico City, Mexico  - you will be required to work onsite in our office on a daily basis.

You’ll make an impact by being responsible for:

  • Delivering Automation Anywhere’s value proposition and identifying target use cases for prospective new customers

  • Contacting and engaging with leads using a combination of phone calls, email campaigns, and social media

  • Qualifying leads and scheduling discovery calls between prospect and an Account Executive (AE) 

  • Leveraging sales tools and technologies to maintain accurate records of all activities and the lead lifecycle in required tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft

  • Performing daily activities, scheduling qualified new meetings, and influencing revenue pipeline against daily, monthly, and quarterly goals.

You will be a great fit if you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree, or accredited college degree  

  • Fluency in Spanish as a primary language and proficiency in English as a secondary language  

  • 1-2 years sales or business development experience in technology sales

  • Knowledge of sales tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft

  • Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task in a high-demand environment
