As a Sales Director at Honeywell Building Solutions in Mexico City, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a team of sales representatives, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, as well as overseeing and ensure project execution is aligned with budget, timeline and client expectations. Your expertise in sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the success of our large integration projects and contribute to the overall business growth.
You will report directly to our Building Automation LATAM General Manager and you’ll work out of our Mexico City location on a hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets for large integration projects.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the field of large integration projects.Oversee the execution of building automation projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, budgetary constraints, and timeline expectations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and project management to streamline operations and optimize project delivery.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet their requirements.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement in the large integration projects segment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure engineering & design, implementation, and support for large integration projects.
