Arrow Electronics is looking to hire a Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, MX

What You'll Be Doing:

• ·Manage the overall account relationship and the day-to-day sales activities by providing service and support to assigned customer base
• Working with internal and external resources, facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, and troubleshooting other customer requirements
• Owner of the overall Quote to Order Processes and order preparation for specified customers, coordinates resources and processing of quotations, works with management to set pricing
• Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems, provide proactive notification to customer of changes to delivery status
• Liaison between sales team- ensures returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc are resolved in a timely fashion
• On-going Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process. Owns & Maintains Perfect Order Index (POI) and Inventory integrity to minimize write offs/bill backs.

What We Are Looking For:

• Typically requires a 4-year degree and 1–4 years of experience in customer service, sales, buying, planning, or procurement.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English.
• Desirable knowledge on SalesForce CRM

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid: 3days in office/2days work from home
