Why we're seeking for Sales Team Lead in our Customer Service department: As Whizz continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our sales representatives (3 FTE) to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience and purchase our subscription (only warm leads, no cold calling).

You will play a critical role in lead processing mainly via calls, chats and emails by distributing tasks and ensuring that our team is providing effective performance. If you are a self-starter with a passion for sales and customer support, and have experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities: Manage and provide leadership to a remote team of 3 Sales Representatives, with a primary focus on Team Leadership responsibilities (70% of the role) and the remaining dedicated to sales activities (30% of the role).

Oversee incoming leads and conversion of leads to customers through phone calls, chats and other communication channels. Distribute tasks among the team on a daily basis, ensuring that all leads are handled in a timely and effective manner. Develop and adapt sales scripts for interactions.

Prepare reports and use this data to optimize sales activities. This position reports to the Head of Customer Service. What we offer: Salary starting at $1,200 per month and can be adjusted based on experience plus KPI bonuses based on performance.
