Job Description :What are we looking for?Key User should be the most skilled User on Business Process and for the system on site.Day-to-day work of a Key User should require the usage of the Business Process and the system which enables enough experience to drove process improvement.Key User is ideally a (0.10-0.15) FTE part of an existing role per site/system.Combining with operational day-to-day responsibilities is possible. However, managing priorities between operational and Key User tasks is critical.Key User percent FTE involvement may depend on:Criticality of the system.Complexity of the system.
