Salesforce Developer Senior • Minimum 5 years of development experience on Force.com platform. • Develop and maintain Visualforce, Javascript, AppExchange Apps, Force.com pages and integration to other third-party solutions. • Identify SFDC usage problems and communicate technical plans to onsite and offshore technical team. • Build client-specific solutions on the Force.com platform using Apex, Visual Force, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Salesforce APIs and JQuery. • Develop integration processes using Salesforce.com Web Services and thirdparty integration tools. • Develop and apply advanced Salesforce.com functionality to solve business problems and create customized solutions on the Force.com platform. • Create technical requirements, design specifications and documentation as needed to support full project lifecycle. • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and scalability. • Provide design input and guides offshore team follow best practices on design, development and unit testing. • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, assessing their impact on the existing system and suggesting improvements. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications, integrations and functionalities. • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure scalability and efficiency. Competencies/Critical Skills: • Extensive experience as an SFDC Developer, working with Salesforce.com and related technologies. • Experience with CPQ and 3rd party integration. • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, AJAX, XML, and JavaScript. • Solid understanding of data model and security concepts and its correlation to Salesforce.com architecture: Sales & Service Cloud, CPQ, Data Loader, Custom Applications & managed packages. • Experience with Salesforce integration using APIs (REST, SOAP etc.) • Ability to work independently in a team environment with both offshore and onshore teams at various times. • Well-versed in cloud computing technologies and concepts. • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices. • Proficient in salesforce configuration, customization, and data modeling. • Experience with source control (Git) and CI/CD. • Strong development experience in Agile methodologies. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communications skills. • SFDC Developer Certification is highly desirable.
