As a Salesforce QA Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce implementations. You will collaborate closely with the development and testing teams to create and execute comprehensive test plans, perform functional and regression testing, and contribute to the overall improvement of our Salesforce solutions.This position is to work on-site on our offices in México City.Key Responsibilities: Test Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design comprehensive test plans.Develop a testing strategy that aligns with project goals and timelines. Test Execution: Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing on Salesforce applications.Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies. Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using testing tools such as Selenium or Salesforce-specific automation tools.Integrate automated testing into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline. Documentation: Create detailed test cases, test scripts, and test reports to communicate testing progress and results.Maintain documentation for test scenarios, test data, and testing processes. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and address issues. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a QA Engineer, with a focus on Salesforce testing.In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration.Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.Experience with test automation tools, particularly for Salesforce applications.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
