You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives

You will:

• Ensure a maximum visual impact and an optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
• Implement and monitor promotional activities.
• Point of buying materials placement and implementation.
• Report on activities.

• Sales experience required, preferably FMCG/CPG

What you need to know about this position:

• Mezcla en operativa y Back Office
• 70% trabajo en campo
• Territorio para atender clientes mayoristas (confiteros y abarroteros)
• Cartera: 2 cuentas (una con 60 puntos de venta)
• Gestión clientes internos y externos
• Negociación y cierre de ordenes de compra para cubrir indicador sell in
• Responsabilidad en Sell out
• Administrar territorio con cartera de clientes
• Administración de inventarios
• Gestión de la cobranza
• Gestión y desarrollo en ejecución en puntos de venta
• Estrategia planes de negocio

Zona: Capital Puebla no requiere hacer traslados, atender central de abastos en Puebla

Education / Certifications: Lic.Administración/ negocios o a fines.

Perfil comercial y licenciatura

Inglés: básico intermedio

Manejo medio avanzado de office ( Excel)

Negociación/ organización/ manejo de tiempos/ autodirigible/ analítico/ pensamiento analítico
