DirecciónThe mission of the position is to be responsable for project management, management of change requests and incidents for electronic invoice & electronic payment process for three Business Units and accordingly 6 different SAP systems of Contitech Mexicana. Strategic function on eTax related topics, standardization and harmonization of procedures based on company guidelines, adjusted to SAP standards and Mexican authority requirements.
In addition, it is responsible for action plans for the continuous improvement of all relevant processes of the department.
Key Responsibilities
Project and Business Management:
• Coordinate the SAP implementation of new projects, process adjustments, and customer requests based on Corporate guidelines and in accordance with the Mexican Tax Authorities, location requirements, and contractual agreements with service providers, collaborating with SAP Key Users, Competence Centers, and external consultants.
• Manage resources (AMS) to ensure compliance with objectives for projects, changes, and incidents.
• Ensure the high availability of electronic invoicing and payment services.
• Provide and ensure end-user support for CFDI/CRP process-related issues.
• Monitor departmental performance and report on results.
• Ensure that the department aligns its activities with the business objectives and priorities of the organization.
Documentation and Reports:
• Document processes, projects, requirements, incidents, analyses, and tests in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain electronic documentation and ensure it is readily available.
• Provide information and status updates on projects, changes, and incidents at the agreed-upon frequency and as requested.
• Create and maintain KPIs for the process in line with established procedures.
