The Opportunity

 The SAP Process Orchestration Senior Support Ar will be responsible for timely of high- quiality reliable and cost- effective integration solutions for PepsiCo global Template and subsequent Enterpri Solutions SAP projects. This involves providing 24: support for integration technologies includin SAP and SAP CI IS. In addition, the SAP PO support ar will be responsible for coding break fixes, enhance and dew interfaces based on business requirement Furthermore, the Senior Support Analyst will be responsible to conduct design and QA reviews for interfaces by our vendor partners to ensure strict adherence to PepsiCo´s global development standards.

Your Impact.

As SAP Cloud Integration Data Services Support Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

• Provide support for integration technologies including SAP PO and SAP CI IS 
• Drive design and development initiatives for SAP and SAP CI IS interfaces
• Accountable for quality assurance of code/ technologies design reviews for junior developers
• Provide application debugging support and code for identified issues and builds for optimal quality 
• Works with customers and IT partenrs globally to identify and resolve application issues, escalating and required
• Partner closely with external vendors, including on shore and offshore resources
• Provides Technical cut-over Go-Live, and support

Who Are We Looking For?  

Education:

• Bachelor´s degree required in information technologies and other technically focused field.

Experience

• 3 + years of SAP PI/PO and CPI- IS experience year of hands on experience with SAP PI/XI interfacing with SAP and non - SAP  systems)
• 2 years of hands on experience with PO and CPI.IS 
• 3 + years of hands on experience with SAP PI/ XI inte with SAP and non- SAP systems
• Proficient in SLD and various SAP PI system administration configurations 
• Full lifecycle experience surrounding interfaces development- requirements, design, data mapping, transformations, development testing, deployment production support.
• Provide functional and technical leadership on interfaces development production support.
• Exposure to the latest HANA Integration tools like SDI a big plus
• Knowledge of XSLT is a plus
• SAP BODS experience is also a plus

Tech skills:

• SAP PO and SAP CI IS

Non- tech skills:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills are must
• Available off hours, periodically, to support planned maintenance windows and crisis resolution
• Strong team- player with proven experience and willingness to take ownership of a topic and success bring it to completion, with strong leadership, with a pragmatic approach during emergency situations
• Self motivation
• Collaboration, partnering and facilitation skills 
• Attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently to chieve objetives 
• Strong trouble shooting skills
• Customer service focus
