We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a
What you’ll do :
DSD / SDD Order to Cash Process relates to :
- Van Sales, Pre Sales, Pre Sales Delivery, Pre Order and mixed scenarios
- Paper-based & Mobile scenarios
- Integration of Last Mile Distribution with Transportation Management (TM)
- Route stock management
- Route statuses and stops
- Route Preparation activities :
oMaster Data, Visit Planning & Scheduling; Transportation Planning
oData governance and pricing controls including mass pricing maintenance; Van Sales, Pre Sales & Pre Order DSD GTM models including enabling integration of back end SAP system with the front line mobility solutions.
oPicking, packing, shipping and delivering customer and stock transport orders (nice to have).
oIntegration with warehouse systems and advance transportation systems for palletization, route planning, load building, etc.
- Route Execution activities :
- oOrder capturing & sourcering thru front line mobility solutions (Mobile devices, Call Center, etc.), management and provisioning of goods or services;
providing a platform for sales to our end customers, accessing all information necessary to process, manage, ship and track orders in a timely manner
oCollection capturing & processing thru Finance integration
oSetting up the correct pricing agreements and master records, i.e. all on-invoice and off-invoice discounts / agreements, free goods, list price, discounts, surcharges, freights, rebate agreements, customer bill backs, tax, etc.
oReload / Unload activities
oInventory adjustments during route execution
oInventory Management; Truck / Route stock visibility
oReturns product from Customer and / or from Route Sales Rep.
oCheck Out / Check In (Confirmation of material, cash, returns, empties) capturing & management.
Route Settlement activities :
oRoute Accounting Database (DSD-RADB) / Last Mile Distribution Route (SDD-LMD)
oMonetary & Product difference determination.
oSettlement Monitoring
Preferred experience :
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7-10+ years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on Accounts Receivable
- 2+ years of SAP S4 experience preferred
- Strong experience in end to end OTC design and development including integration with other functional areas
- In depth knowledge ofAccounts Receivable and DSD / SDD solutions including route accounting and settlement for all GTM models van sales, pre sales, pre order and vending
- Knowledge of master data objects required to support the Order to Cash processes (business partner, customer hierarchy, etc)
