DirecciónAs the SAP Operation Manager at Amer Sports, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of quality services to our internal clients and partners. Your focus will be on enhancing customer satisfaction, defining and advancing performance metrics (KPIs), resolving escalated conflicts, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
Your extensive consulting experience and leadership skills in an international setting will be crucial in effectively managing our team of SAP professionals. Serving as a leader, counselor, and coach, you will contribute valuable insights to company staffing and people development processes. Your goal is to maintain a stable environment for long-term collaboration with internal and external team members, stakeholders, and IT service providers.
What you will be doing:
- Establish and lead a team of SAP professionals within the newly created entity.
- Coordinate the efforts of external consultants.
- Plan and ensure resource availability within budget constraints.
- Deliver high-quality SAP services.
- Monitor and report team performance metrics.
- Prioritize and coordinate the implementation of customer change requests.
- Handle customer escalations and communicate with solution owners.
- Continuously improve existing processes and workflows, and implement new ones.
What you need to succeed:
- Solid SAP consulting experience (10+ years).
- Strong technical and functional background.
- Proficient knowledge of ITIL procedures, with a focus on incident management processes.
- Analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving.
- Demonstrated team leadership abilities.
- A commitment to strong customer service.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
