YOUR ROLE
- Leads and oversees the entire planning organization for the region
- Drives actions towards high supply chain planning performance and customer satisfaction
- Ensures regular knowledge and best practice sharing within the supply chain planning community
- Cooperates with regional demand and supply planning team leads to improve overall forecast accuracy, inventories and customer service
- Steers Local / Regional S&OP process to succesfully balance demand and supply and support business growth
- Monitors and ensures optimal phase-in and phase-out process
- Supports regional projects to improve supply chain planning in close alignment with customer service, logistics and operations
- Challenges regional forecast quality deviations and enforces complexity and slow mover management together with Sales
YOUR SKILLS
- Experience working in Supply Chain / Supply Planning of at least 10 years is needed
- Advanced English skills, needed
- Leadership experience, overseeing multifunctional teams, needed
